Carabiners
Carabiners are a metal connector to join separate parts of a work at height system, I.e., to connect a lanyard to a harness. Made of either steel or aluminium with a spring loaded gate, they are produced in a variety of shapes, sizes and strengths, the choice of which will depend on their intended use. Most karabiners will also feature a locking mechanism, namely a screw gate, double action (twist lock / Kwiklock), and triple action (triact / Locksafe).
