This lockout supervisor training course is designed for those responsible for managing, supervising or implementing LOTOTO systems within an organisation. It focuses on building effective, sustainable isolation systems rather than relying on informal or inconsistent practices.
Delegates will gain a clear understanding of how to design, oversee and continually improve LOTOTO arrangements that control hazardous energy effectively.
Why Lockout Supervisor Training Matters

What The Trainees Say...
Don’t just take our word for it.
Take a look at the amazing feedback from course attendees...
For me he presented well and there was plenty of interaction and questions during the session with a practical display and informative videos. A hard copy of the policy was shared, which was a nice touch.

The LOTOTO training at West Drayton was good and informative. It clearly highlighted the potential consequences of not following the correct procedures, which was very impactful. I appreciated that the session was straight to the point without being overloaded with unnecessary detail — it made the key messages easy to understand and retain.
The trainer was knowledgeable, and the course duration felt appropriate. I left the session feeling confident in the LOTOTO procedures.
Thanks again for organising.
Michael
In regard to the LOTOTO training the trainer was well knowledge provided good training had lots of equipment and locks to demonstrate the procedures the course length was good, and by the end of the course I felt confident that I could go and ask my manager to lock off equipment.
Harry
I thought the LOTOTO training was very well done, the trainer was very professional and made the course quite interesting and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. The practical demonstrations were on point and clearly showed you what can/could happen in a real life scenario.
Joseph
I personally found the course to be very informative the trainer I found explained everything well and ultimately
Hopefully everyone gained the knowledge to be able to start thinking about doing it yourself
What impressed me the most was his commitment to put across the Importance of the safety issues that come with doing these kind of things
For me personally I would not hesitate to use this particular trainer in the future as I thought he delevired it well
Thank you for asking for feedback from us Suzanne
Phil
I personally thought that it came across very well. Got you thinking engaged everyone don’t think it could be done any better.
Ian
Very good session, which was very well explained for those who had never experience LOTOTO before.
Also useful for myself, who has plenty of experience.
To understand the subtle differences between Heidelberg's systems and those of Tarmac where I was before.
Rob
I found the course Very very hepful, felt like I learnt a lot about lototo and feel safer in the knowledge of locking off a machine now than what i did before the course
Jason
I felt the course worked well. The trainer very clearly knew his stuff and was able to engage the room and get us all involved, and the focus was on getting the attendees to not work on something that was unisolated. I feel confident but then I was confident before isolating equipment, so perhaps not the best judge of that.
Dani
The course was very enjoyable, very well delivered by the trainer, with plenty of practical aspects, it is a very useful refresher for more experienced persons along with others who are just starting out. The venue was great with a good facility. So overall, very good.
