B-Safe ball valve fits ball valve size 50mm to 200mm RED

Ball valves are quick to operate, which is exactly the problem during maintenance. A quarter turn is all it takes for someone to reintroduce pressure, steam or process fluid into a line somebody else is working on.

This B-Safe lockout clamps over the valve lever and physically prevents the valve being turned. It fits standard ball valves from 50mm (2 inch) up to 200mm (8 inch), covering most process and utility line sizes, and locks in place with a Reece Safety padlock.

Fitting is straightforward with no tools and no modification to the valve, so it can be applied at the point of isolation as part of a normal lockout tagout procedure and removed when the work is signed off.
