Anit-Viral Community Snood
This tubular snood is designed to stretch over the head and to cover the mouth and nose. The anti-viral properties have been fully tested with the flu virus and the snood will function effectivley after 15 washes.
The snood fabric is finished with an anti-viral treatment to protect the treated article from contamination against viruses and bacteria. The silver ions in the finish strongly inhibit bacterial growth and viral activity by interfering with the DNA. This kills both bacteria and viruses by 99% on a treated material over the space of two hours. The snood can be used as an easy-to-use preventative barrier.
