Yellow Pin and Sleeve Plug lockout - 110V-415V

Industrial pin and sleeve plugs are found on site equipment everywhere, and unplugging one is not isolation if somebody can plug it straight back in.

This lockout device clips securely over the locating pin on the outer diameter of the plug and prevents it being reconnected. One size fits all three common plug types, 110V, 240V and 400V, so a single device covers the mixed voltages on a typical site rather than needing one of each.

The securing mechanism takes any 6.4mm (quarter inch) diameter safety padlock shackle, so it works with the padlocks you already run across the rest of your lockout scheme.

Made from robust nylon in bright yellow, so an isolated plug is visible across a workshop rather than something people notice only when they trip over it.
