Universal Lockout for Moulded Case Circuit Breakers

This universal lockout device locks off most types of moulded case circuit breakers, covering one- to four-pole breakers from a single device. It is the practical answer to a panel full of different MCCB makes and models, where buying a dedicated lockout for each breaker type is neither quick nor economical.

The device is secured with a grub screw, so once it is set to the breaker, it stays put and cannot be knocked out of position while work is in progress. It holds the breaker in the off position and accepts a safety padlock so the isolation can be locked and tagged by the person doing the work.

Because it fits a wide range of breakers, it is commonly bought for maintenance vehicles, contractor lock-off kits and site stores where the team will not know in advance which breaker they are going to meet.

Padlocks and tags are ordered separately, so you can match them to your existing lockout tagout scheme rather than ending up with keys that do not fit the rest of your system.
