Slimline Universal Fuse Lockout
Modern panels seem to have much more reduced spaces above the internal switchgear.
The Slimline design of the RFB5 allows this to be used on fuse carriers that are fitted within enclosures where space is more restricted
Also can be used in conjunction with the blanking plates shown as related products that prevent accidental contact with the live connector on the fuse holder
Our RFB5 universal fuse lock has similar properties to the UFL2.
However its slimline design allows this to be used on fuse carriers that are fitted within enclosures with little space between the fuse holder and the door.
By using the RFB5, fuse carriers can be locked off and the enclosure door still closed
The blanking plates shown below work extremely well by locking into the RFB5 and blanking out the open fuse carrier body when the fuse is removed. This then prevents accidental, and potentially hazardous, contact with the live contacts in the fuse holder
