Avoids unnecessary re-testing and certification of lifting eyes through a simple to use lockout system with tamper evident seals
Save on the cost of unnecessary re-certification of lifting eye by blocking the Pad Eye with a tamper proof sealed lockout device.
Simply record the unique Seal number for each registered pad eye in the central Test Register and this allows the avoidance of unnecessary re-certification as this serves as proof of non-use.

Fitting instructions
- Select disc size needed.
- Insert Aluminium angle through slotted hole in one disc and then through Pad Eye hole.
- Slide other disc on to Aluminium angle, tight against Pad Eye.
- Insert Tamper Proof Seal through hole in Aluminium angle section
- Ensure lockout disks are securely in place and that Pad Eye hole is sufficiently covered to block insertion of lifting shackle or rope.
- Make sure Tamper Proof Seal Number is recorded in Test Register.
