Low Voltage Electrical Rescue Panel
This panel is a perfect solution to providing instant access to insulated equipment to allow a rescuer to make an intervention in a safe manner and prevent risk of death or injury. The panel can be mounted near a fork truck charging point, an EHV car and truck workshop or a typical industrial LV substation.
This design contains equipment rated to 1,000V for safe Low Voltage rescue:
- Popular S hook 1kV rescue hook
- Voltage detector on insulated pole
- 1 square metre of insulating matting to prevent ground earthing
- Insulating gloves and talc for easier use
- Panel size 1400 x 800mm on a shadow board to quickly alert if contents are missing
The panel contents are popular products to allow safe intervention in the event of an electrical incident where the victim may still be attached to live lines. This will allow the safe inspection of the live conditions and then a safe rescue to fully insulate the rescuer in pulling the casualty away from danger. The resuscitation instructions will them help any rescuer give time critical CPR prior to Emergency Services arriving.

- ELE18 1 kV rescue hook – 1m long
- Class 0 matting – 1 square metre of 2.2mm thickness in roll and held with spring clips
- Class 0 insulating gloves – size 10 – plain latex gloves
- Small non-scented talc dispenser to ease putting the gloves on – overcomes resistance and moisture
- Plastic glove storage box
- 1.5m insulated glassfibre pole with TDPESEC voltage detector
- Field voltages on contact with range of 127V to 45kV
- AC mains frequency: 50 and 60 Hz
- Temp operating range: -25°Cto +55°C depending on battery type
