The Height Safety System Inspection Tag provides a clear, accessible record of a height safety system’s inspection status and key usage information.
Designed to fit standard ladder tag holders, the insert allows users to identify the system and record whether it has passed, conditionally passed or failed its inspection. Dedicated fields are provided for the system type, maximum number of users, maximum lanyard length and maximum self-retracting lifeline length.
The inspection record section provides space for the inspector’s name, inspection date and next inspection date, helping inspection information remain visible at the point of use.
