CleanAir Short Hood CA-1 Plus (Orange)
The CleanAIR® Light Hood is a lightweight, comfortable headtop designed for use with compatible CleanAIR® Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) and compressed air systems. When used with an approved TH3 PAPR, it provides the highest level of respiratory protection available under EN 12941, helping to protect the wearer from hazardous airborne dusts, fumes, mists and other particulates in demanding industrial environments.
Manufactured from durable nylon, the hood features a spacious design that enhances wearer comfort during prolonged use while allowing unrestricted movement. A large panoramic visor with an anti-fog coating delivers an excellent field of vision and clear visibility, while the adjustable headgear allows both the headband circumference and visor distance to be individually tailored for a secure, comfortable fit.
An integrated exhalation valve helps reduce heat and moisture build-up inside the hood, improving breathing comfort throughout the working day. The visor also provides eye protection in accordance with EN 166, making the hood ideal for a wide range of industrial applications including grinding, manufacturing, construction and maintenance.
