CleanAir Chemical 2F (PAPR UNIT ONLY)

The CleanAIR® Chemical 2F ATEX is a TH3 powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zone 2). Providing the highest level of respiratory protection under EN 12941 TH3, it is engineered for demanding industrial applications where hazardous airborne contaminants and explosive atmospheres are present. The unit combines outstanding chemical resistance, enhanced ingress protection and a compact, robust design for reliable performance in harsh working environments.

Designed for easy decontamination, the Chemical 2F ATEX can be showered down or fully immersed (depending on configuration). Its intelligent Flow Control system automatically maintains a constant airflow regardless of filter loading or battery condition, ensuring consistent respiratory protection and wearer comfort throughout the working day.

The full-colour display provides clear, real-time information including airflow, battery status and filter condition, while integrated audiovisual alarms alert the wearer to low battery charge or restricted filters. Adjustable airflow from 120 to 235 l/min allows users to tailor ventilation to suit their application, while the fast-charging battery minimises downtime and maximises productivity.

This versatile respirator is compatible with a range of CleanAIR® hoods, full face masks and ventilated protective suits, making it an ideal respiratory solution for the chemical, pharmaceutical, remediation and emergency response industries. It delivers TH3 respiratory protection with an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of up to 40, helping protect workers in environments containing hazardous dusts, fumes, mists and biological contaminants.
