CleanAir CA-40 Safety Helmet & Grinding Face Shield

The safety helmet combines a high-performance grinding visor with an integrated air distribution system to provide comprehensive protection for the head, eyes, face and respiratory system. Designed for use with compatible powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) or compressed air systems, it also accommodates hearing protection, making it an ideal all-in-one solution for demanding industrial environments. When connected to a compatible CleanAIR® PAPR, it provides EN 12941 TH3 respiratory protection – the highest classification for loose-fitting powered respirators, delivering an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 40 in the UK when correctly selected, fitted and used. This makes it ideal for applications involving hazardous airborne particulates such as grinding dust, metal fumes and respirable crystalline silica (RCS).
