Professional Powered Air Respiratory Protection for Industrial Applications

The CleanAIR AerGO® is a lightweight Dual Filter, ergonomic powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) designed to deliver reliable respiratory protection in demanding industrial environments. Its slim 65 mm profile makes it ideal for confined or restricted work areas, while compatibility with both particulate and gas/vapour filters provides exceptional versatility across a wide range of applications. When used with an approved TH3 headtop, the system delivers the highest level of respiratory protection under EN 12941, offering excellent wearer comfort while helping to reduce fatigue during prolonged use.

TH3 provides an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 40 in the UK, reducing the wearer's exposure to hazardous airborne contaminants by up to a factor of 40 when the equipment is correctly selected, fitted and used.

Whether you're carrying out grinding, welding, cutting, surface preparation or working in environments where Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS) may be present, the CleanAIR AerGO® PAPR system provides a continuous flow of filtered air for enhanced comfort and reliable respiratory protection.

The advanced Flow Control system automatically maintains a constant airflow, even as filters become loaded or battery capacity reduces, helping to ensure consistent performance throughout the working day. 

Simple one-button operation, a clear digital display and selectable airflow settings of 160, 175, 190 and 210 l/min allow users to tailor airflow for maximum comfort. Audible, visual and vibrating alarms provide clear warnings of low battery charge, restricted airflow and when filter replacement is required.

With a runtime of up to 20 hours using the optional Heavy Duty battery (or up to 10 hours with the standard battery) and a recharge time of less than 3 hours, the AerGO® is designed to support extended shifts and demanding industrial applications.
