This lockout device is designed to lock out butterfly valves with a lever handle in the off position. It secures onto the butterfly valve lever at the pivot point so that it may not be engaged or moved.
Fits a wide range of butterfly valves providing a secure way to lock them out.
Smaller size can accommodate handle thicknesses from 3mm to 63mm.
Made from durable nylon with brass rivets and a stainless steel plate.
