Battery Safety Box - Large
The battery safety box L has been developed for the storage, transportation and charging of batteries (LI-Po, Li-Ion).
The product is used as a preventative measure. It has a shock-absorbing effect and provides temporary protection in the event of a fire.
Use of the adjustable internal compartments makes this very good for safe transportation of increasingly higher powered battery units in Fire inspection drones and RTC extrication equipment.

An increased risk of fire from Li-Po and/or Li-ion batteries is caused by mechanical damage to the battery. The multi-layer, special construction of the pocket walls has a shock-absorbing effect and can protect against mechanical damage and a subsequent incipient fire.
In the event of a fire, the use of the safety bag limits the duration of a battery fire and reduces the development of smoke. Explosions that can occur during battery fires are dampened by the bag. The specially coordinated layers of material provide a high level of thermal insulation.
A practical fire test was carried out with three 6200 mAh Li-Po batteries in cooperation with the local fire department.
Temperature-resistant, variably adjustable partition walls can delay or even prevent the spread of fire.
In addition to the Velcro fastener, metal fasteners ensure a stronger hold.
A specially designed, smoke-sealing opening is designed for cable entry.
