Jo O’Reilly

Jo O’Reilly is the Group Finance Director at Reece Safety Products Ltd and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Before joining the Reece Group in August 2026, Jo built her career in senior finance roles across a diverse range of industries, gaining extensive experience in strategic financial leadership and operational performance.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys cycling, travelling and paddle boarding and is even adept at a spot of DIY.
