Any person who is required to issue PTW as part of their work role
Introduction
This course aims to provide candidates with underpinning knowledge of the Permit to Work procedure
The course also looks at the techniques required to assess contractor documentation including risk assessment and method statement & manage the higher risk activities which demand that a PTW is issued
The course SPECIFICALLY guides candidates through best practise methods of form completion and also illustrates the consequences of failure should documents be poorly judged and issued

Entry requirements
PROSPECTIVE DELEGATES MUST HAVE TOTAL FLUENCY AT BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND BE CAPABLE OF GENERATING AUDITABLE DOCUMENTS IN ENGLISH
Assessment method
Assessment will be carried out via online written exam at the end of each module PLUS the completion of a PTW scenario project which will be submitted for post training assessment
