How much is delivery?

Our standard UK Mainland delivery charge is £8.50 for orders under £150.00 and free for orders of £150.00 or more. Carriage is automatically added to your shopping cart, is clearly displayed during the checkout process and in your total order value.

When will I receive my order?

All our products are supplied directly from our warehouse in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Items ordered before 3pm and that do not require a pallet delivery are shipped the same working day via DPD. The majority of these deliveries arrive the next working day, however this cannot be guaranteed. Once your parcel is received within the DPD network, they will then provide recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, meaning you don't have to wait in all day for your items.

For orders that require a pallet delivery the delivery time is 3 days from placing your order. We use ADD, a reliable local delivery company, to ship your goods and you will receive a phone call to organise a delivery slot convenient for you.  

The delivery lead times mentioned in this guide exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Will I need to sign for the delivery? Can it be left without a signature?

Both DPD and ADD require a signature as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost where proof of delivery exists.

What happens if the product(s) are out of stock when I place an order?

As all our stock is shipped directly from our warehouse, it is rare that any of our products would be out of stock. However, if we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in this guide, we will contact you, as soon as possible to advise of a revised delivery date or offer alternative products.

Do you offer a next day or express delivery service?

We do not currently offer a next day or express delivery service. If you require a product urgently, please call our sales team on 01422 310456 and they will be happy to assist.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders? Or any reductions on the delivery charge?
