V-Safe Gate Valve Lockouts

V-Safe valve covers are a simple, low cost, effective way to prevent unauthorised operation of valves. Valve covers consist of two flattened half moons that completely cover the valve handwheel. Once locked, the cover rotates freely around the handwheel preventing operation.

Universal Valve Lockout
The Universal Lockout device is a modular system which enables you to lock out valves of different types and sizes.

Use as a Butterfly Valve Lockout. Clamp attaches to butterfly valve lever, preventing trigger handle from being squeezed. Valve cannot be repositioned! * Model BS13 requires a 24mm clearance between lever and trigger. Model BS14 requires a 28mm clearance between lever and trigger. |

Use as a Ball valve lockout. Add a blocking arm to lock quarter-turn ball valves in the on or off position. |

B-Safe Ball Valve
Lockouts
B-Safe ball valve lockouts are available in 3 sizes to lock your ball valves from 9.5mm (3/8") to 200mm (8"). These simple, easy to use lockouts clamp over the valve lever,
preventing the valve from operating, and lock in place using a Reece Safety padlock.
Models BS01 & BS02 can lock valves in the 'open' or 'closed' positions.
Model BS03 locks 'closed' only.

Car Seal

Car seals are manufactured from stainless steel and come complete with 95cm stainless steel cable attached. Ideal for long term uses, each car seal is self locking so once the cable passes through the body the only way to remove it is by cutting. Padlock Seals
|
With a 34mm x 20mm body and 40mm clearance shackle, 3mm diameter, these padlock seals are ideal for long term applications. When each seal is closed it self locks and the only way to remove the seal is to cut it off.
To prevent tampering, each seal carries its own unique number which can be security logged and checked. Sold in packs of 10.
